The farmhouse is situated in a quiet, secluded location 300 meters from the village and 1,000 meters from the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park.
The house is currently undergoing renovation and has a somewhat rustic interior.
The bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink) is in good condition and clean; the other toilet is clean but currently being renovated.
There is a nice corner store in town. There is also (on the outskirts of town) a great playground, where a restaurant (which I think is good) is open on weekends.
The area is ideal for hiking, biking, and relaxing.
