Beautiful house in Tuscany Woods and Sea

A minimalist hideaway in the middle of the forest, but only 6 minutes by car from the sea, on the beautiful Gulf of Baratti.

This cozy house is simple but fully equipped: a real retreat for nature lovers.

You will enjoy the outdoor table under the trees, with a view of the sea through the oaks of the Baratti nature reserve.

The house includes:

a kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge, kettle and toaster (no microwave),

two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom,

one with a double bed and a single bed,

the other with two single beds and a fireplace,

two bathrooms in the house and my favorite: the outdoor shower in the forest. Surrounded by over 2,000 trees, this house is literally in the middle of the forest.

The path to the house is a short but steep dirt road with a few bumps, which is easy to negotiate on foot or by car.

There is a private parking lot at the bottom of the slope; from there you walk 20 meters uphill through the trees to reach the house.

The property is fully fenced, but as it is a nature reserve, you may see a fox or other forest animal passing by.
