I offer a natural meadow with a very nice view nearby (only 200m away)
There is a bus stop nearby, also a supermarket (only about 1000m) The surrounding area is a very beautiful and popular hiking and walking area. Access to the Niedereinsiedler forest in the immediate vicinity. There are numerous excursion destinations in the area, and the city of Chemnitz can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes.
