Idyllic parking space at Birkensee Lüneburg Heath

Welcome to our campsite. We are a former farm and are situated in an idyllic secluded location on the Birkensee nature reserve, approx. 4 km from Schneverdingen. If you are looking for peace and relaxation and want to escape the crowds at the campsite, you've come to the right place. The pitches are located on a spacious meadow on the farm, with plenty of space in the middle of nature. With us you are not right next door to each other.

For our younger guests, we have a playground with a sandpit and other play equipment to provide fun and variety. Electricity, WiFi and fresh water are available. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead due to the proximity of the nature reserve. For breakfast you can buy honey directly from the farm/beekeeper. The disposal of gray water and toilet cassettes is possible nearby. Please feel free to contact us. By bike you can explore the Pietzmoor and the heathlands of the Lüneburg Heath around Schneverdingen in no time or start a longer tour via the Spitzbubenweg in the direction of Wilseder Berg or Tütsberg. There are many well-developed cycle paths in the region and the flat landscape allows for relaxed cycling without steep hills. In the summer months, longer distances can be explored using the Heide Shuttle. If you have any questions, we will be happy to help you with your planning.
