Camping idyll between the Kiel Canal and the sea

We live on a property with a huge garden in a cul-de-sac location directly on the Kiel Canal and close to the Baltic Sea. Surrounded by hilly fields, meadows, forest and fruit trees, this spot offers a cozy oasis and a great starting point for all hikers and cyclists (directly connected to the Kiel Canal long-distance cycle path).

Both the passing ships and the one or other field and forest dwellers (deer, hares) can always be observed in our garden.

Families with children are also very welcome! There are play and climbing facilities and a fireplace for a cozy get-together.

For a real camping feeling and outdoor enthusiasts, there is a kitchen (heated lounge, cooking facilities, fridge) with outdoor sink, an outdoor shower (hot water) under the open sky and a compost toilet. Please only shower with biodegradable soap!

The Schinkel eco-region with a selection of regional farm produce and an organic bakery is just a stone's throw away. Further highlights in the immediate vicinity are the zoo in Gettorf, the state capital Kiel, the Baltic seaside resort Eckernförde, the Schlei and NATURALLY...BEACH and SEA!!!
