Welcome to our little world, which we’re happy to share with you.

You’ll be staying on the edge of the Westerwald Nature Park, in a beautiful and idyllic spot on a hill overlooking a valley with a river, surrounded by forests—a place where “foxes and hares” say good night to each other.

We live on a small hill surrounded by forests. Thanks to the minimal light pollution, you can see a beautiful starry sky here.

Our campsites are perfect for couples, friends, or families who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of a campground, seek a bit of wilderness, and don’t want to sacrifice comfort.

This family campsite is for up to two adults with two children.

If you’d like to come with more people, please feel free to contact me.

Our campsites are freely accessible to wildlife, such as deer and foxes, making sunrises and sunsets an even more beautiful experience.

From the campsite meadow, it’s 100–150 meters to the restroom facilities and the kitchen, depending on where you choose to park.

These are located within our fenced-in private property.

There is also a small clearing (visible in the last five photos) where you can set up in our nearby grove.

Please note: we cannot provide an electrical connection here. The restroom and kitchen are about 200 m away.

There you’ll find a small bathroom with a shower and toilet, a simple kitchen with a small gas stove, a seating area, and a caravan, all in a retro style. The complex is fully covered, keeping you dry even in bad weather.

Good to know:

Please bring your own towels, soap, and toiletries.

A basic electrical connection to your camper can be provided upon request (for a small fee).

For hot water, there is a small boiler that needs to be reheated as needed based on usage.

You are welcome to rent a fire pit and wood for a small fee.

You are staying in our home and surrounded by nature, and we ask that you treat this space with care and respect.

For your games and fun, please use the campsite lawn, the small forest, or the other surrounding meadows—please do not use our garden.

We also have a dog (who loves to be petted;) and children living here. If you are afraid of dogs or prefer a child-free zone, staying with us is likely not the right choice for you.

Depending on the weather, the meadow may become too soggy, so you may need to use our parking lot on the forest path instead. From there, it’s about 100 meters to the restroom and other facilities.

It’s best to contact us if there’s heavy rain before you arrive.

When you leave, please take your trash and cigarette butts with you and leave everything clean (including the restroom and such ;) and just as you found it.

At night, we often get little visitors, such as raccoons, so please don’t leave any food or trash lying around and keep the kitchen door closed.

Please no parties or using the restroom on the meadow or in the woods.

Check-in by arrangement

Check-out by 12 p.m.

If you’d like to stay longer than four nights, feel free to contact me and you’ll receive a discount.
