Panoramic pitch in Obergail at just under 1200m

Hello, fellow camping enthusiasts,

My name is Martin, and I’m a lucky guy. I live in the most beautiful spot on earth—the Lesachtal, the most beautiful valley in the Alps. My girlfriend Selina, my daughter Alina, I, and my entire family have been running a small mountain inn and a farm for three generations. For me, it’s a great joy, and I feel a sense of freedom (despite all the work) because I can structure my day as I please, and there’s no better place to enjoy life.

The panoramic campsite is located at just under 1,200 meters above sea level, right in the heart of the Lesachtal. From there, you have a panoramic view stretching over 130 kilometers across the entire Carinthian landscape. In addition to the magnificent view, we invite you to stop by our inn. Whether it’s an aperitif before dinner or an afternoon coffee—everything tastes twice as good on our sunny terrace. (Inn open from mid-May to mid-October)

Our campsite is particularly suited for self-sufficient campers seeking something special.

You’re also welcome to use our shower in the garden—since it’s a “panoramic shower,” we recommend wearing swimwear. The restrooms at the inn are also available for your use (just a two-minute walk away).

Upon arrival, the local and overnight taxes (€2.30 per person/day) will be charged on-site.
