Do you want to escape the stress, the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and the mainstream? Would you like to soak in the fulfilling peace and beauty of nature—alone or with your partner—and admire the stars and maybe even deer grazing?
Then my stargazing campsite, nestled in the heart of nature on a secluded hill in the beautiful Hesse region, is just the place for you!
Located between Limburg and Weilburg—about 15–20 minutes from each—this unique little spot is easily accessible yet completely off the beaten path… one of my hayfields on the edge of a forest.
Here, you’ll be undisturbed and can live in harmony with nature!
You’re welcome to bring dogs (or cats), as long as they’re kept secure at all times (on a leash or within a fenced area). You’re a guest in nature, and of course we (humans) shouldn’t disturb it.
For stays of at least 3 nights, you’re also welcome to bring your horse, for which you can set aside a section of the meadow. If you’d like, I can do this for you—please let me know in advance. (Fee per horse: €15/day, including water; setting up and taking down the fence: €25 one-time fee per horse; electric fence device available: €10 one-time fee for the stay)

Dogs welcome
Since the site is surrounded by nature and borders directly on the forest, you must ensure at all times that your dog is secured (behind a fence or on a leash). Under no circumstances should the wild animals living there be disturbed or put in danger!!
You must ALWAYS remove ALL of your dog’s waste completely and dispose of it properly in the general waste (please do not leave it at the edge of the forest, on the trail, or in the meadow!)!

Pony Ride or Pony Adventure
You can book a hike (about 1 hour) with me and my ponies. Together, we’ll pick out the right pony for you, and then you can find out if you have true leadership qualities 😉 Or we can stay at the farm and spend our time grooming and petting the ponies… whichever you prefer!

You'll have the opportunity to join us in our daily stable work and learn a lot about horse care, grooming, and feeding. Of course, you're also welcome to lend a hand if you'd like.

Everything's great—a really nice, quiet spot ☺️
We had the pleasure of spending two nights at this beautiful spot. It’s tucked away on a hill with a stunning view. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and want to listen to the sounds of wildlife in the forest at night, this is the perfect place for you. We felt very, very comfortable here with our dogs the entire time. A special thank you goes to “Anke and her boyfriend” for their hospitality and for providing such a beautiful spot. We’ll definitely be back.
