The 35 m² Tiny Häuschen Land-Idyll in Bartelshagen 2 near Saal offers space for up to 4 people and is ideal for a time-out close to nature - even with a dog. The charming cottage is located on a well-kept, fully fenced plot in a quiet, rural setting. The living area is open plan and combines the living, sleeping and cooking areas in one cozy space. A sofa bed (140×200), a dining table and a TV provide comfort, while the compact pantry kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. A ladder takes you to the sleeping loft under the roof - where another double bed (140×200) awaits you. The area is low but cozy and perfect for retreating, reading or for a quiet night under the wooden beams. Outside, the Tiny House's own terrace with seating and barbecue invites you to linger. The adjoining garden can also be used and offers space for relaxing hours in the greenery, breakfast in the sunshine or an evening under the open sky. Bicycles can be safely stored on the property. Due to the quiet location and the fenced property, dogs also feel at home - you might even make contact with other four-legged friends from the neighboring vacation apartment on the premises. Whether it's a day trip to the Saaler Bodden, a short bike ride through the countryside or a day of swimming at the nearby Baltic Sea - the Tiny Häuschen is a good starting point for a relaxing vacation between nature, water and space.

In the small village of Bartelshagen 2 near Saal, surrounded by meadows, fields and wide open skies, lies the Tiny Häuschen Land Idyll - a quiet retreat for anyone who simply wants to switch off on vacation. Whether along the Saaler Bodden or through the quiet villages of the region - nature, vastness and beautiful views await you everywhere. Small bathing spots by the water offer welcome refreshment and invite you to linger. The Baltic Sea is also easily accessible from the Tiny House. In around 30 to 40 minutes by car, you can reach the beaches of Prerow, Zingst or the unspoiled coast at Darßer Ort. There you will find fine sand, wind in the dunes and the typical Baltic Sea feeling - just right for a day by the sea. Those who love excursions have many options in the surrounding area.
