Would you like to see the sun rise over the Ostrachtal, enjoy all-round mountain views and watch the sun set over the Nagelfluhkette in the west in the evening? With our mountain panorama you can enjoy wonderful vacation days from sunrise to sunset! "Beim Gundlar" is the right place for you if you love camping, appreciate being close to nature and would like to go on an uncomplicated mountain bike tour or a hike in the Allgäu mountains! Get out of your caravan and into sporting fun without long journeys and stress! Our motorhome pitches are located on the highest part of the town of Sonthofen at 1,000 meters and combine the seclusion and tranquility of nature with the proximity to excursion possibilities in Bad Hindelang, Oberstdorf and Kempten. Our young family is looking forward to welcoming you and invites you to a wonderful vacation in the Allgäu!

How to get here:

So that you can enjoy the wonderful peace and idyll and reach our camping pitches safely, a little driving skill is required for the last 2 kilometers. The road is single-lane and steep, but asphalted and newly built. You can easily swerve at a suitable point and turn around at the top, and winter equipment is required in winter.

So nothing stands in the way of your feel-good vacation.

You are also very welcome in our Allgäu recreation area in the winter months. Lovers of family-friendly ski areas, nature-loving ski tourers and winter hikers as well as snowshoe hikers will get their money's worth when they spend their vacation with us. The ski resorts of Oberstdorf, GO! Gunzesried/Ofterschwang, Kleinwalsertal or Tannheimer Tal can be reached by motorhome in no time at all. For winter hikes and snowshoe tours you can start right outside our door.
