Our three newly built RV sites in the Allgäu region near Sonthofen invite you to enjoy unparalleled relaxation and rejuvenation! Just the thing for self-sufficient campers! Enjoy your well-deserved vacation on our farm with horses, calves, chickens, and cats. Would you like to watch the sun rise over the Ostrach Valley, enjoy panoramic mountain views, and see the sun set over the Nagelfluh Range to the west in the evening? With our mountain panorama, you’ll enjoy wonderful vacation days from sunrise to sunset! "Beim Gundlar" is the perfect spot for you if you love camping, appreciate being close to nature, and enjoy the occasional hassle-free mountain bike tour or hike in the Allgäu mountains! It’s practically a step right out of your RV and into the fun of outdoor activities—no long drives or stress! Our RV sites are located in the highest district of the town of Sonthofen at 1,000 meters and combine the seclusion and tranquility of nature with proximity to excursion destinations in Bad Hindelang, Oberstdorf, and Kempten. Our young family looks forward to welcoming you and invites you to enjoy a wonderful vacation in the Allgäu!

Getting Here:

To ensure you can enjoy the wonderful peace and idyll and reach our campsites safely, the final 2 kilometers require some driving skill. The road is single-lane and steep, but paved and newly constructed. You can easily pull over at suitable spots and turn around at the top. Winter equipment is required in winter.

So nothing stands in the way of your relaxing vacation.

You are also warmly welcome in our Allgäu recreation area during the winter months. Lovers of family-friendly ski resorts, nature-loving ski tourers, as well as winter hikers and snowshoers will find everything they’re looking for when they vacation with us. The ski resorts of Oberstdorf, GO! Gunzesried/Ofterschwang, Kleinwalsertal, and Tannheimer Tal are just a short drive away by RV. For winter hikes and snowshoe tours, you can start right at our doorstep.

No restroom facilities are available.

Grey and black water can be disposed of in Sonthofen.
