Camping in the mountain country

Dear Guests,

We offer camping on our lovingly designed private property in the beautiful Bergisches Land region near Much. Smaller RVs, vans, and tents are welcome on the meadow.

The stunningly beautiful landscape, peace and relaxation, as well as a few easily accessible attractions—such as Wiehl (stalactite cave), Much (golf course), Eckenhagen (bird park), and fishing opportunities (ponds are within walking distance)—are definite highlights.

Those traveling by bike or on a hike can take a well-deserved break here and recharge their batteries.

We offer a few nice campsites for tents and small campers (e.g., VW bus size) for self-catering.

There is a covered outdoor sink/washing area (cold water only) and the option to barbecue.

Seating (beer tent sets) can be provided upon request.

Restrooms are available.

A facility for gray water disposal is available (mobile tanks).

There is NO LAUNDRY ROOM or other luxuries.

Also (still) NO WIFI!

Electricity can be provided.

Trash disposal is NOT possible!

If you want to experience nature, this is the place for you.

Regarding neighbors:

They’re there, but they’re all VERY FRIENDLY, and we’d like to keep it that way.

We’re sure to have a solution for any sudden shortage of drinks.

Children up to 4 years old are our guests and don’t have to pay anything.

Families are welcome, as are well-behaved pets.

Elephants, however, cost extra.

From around mid-August to the end of September, music from the surrounding valleys may occasionally be heard. As is well known, this comes from the village and harvest festivals taking place. This is not a flaw but a celebration of tradition!

If in doubt, just come on over and join the party.

“NOISY TOURISTS” are not welcome!

Check-in is possible from around 2:00 PM. Check-out should be by around 12:00 PM.
