Tiny house on the alpaca farm off the island of Usedom

In typical minimalist style, the Tiny House has a living area with a well-equipped kitchen and an ingenious cupboard design. The sleeping loft with double bed is connected to the living area via a staircase. A pull-out couch (200x120) in the living room with TV offers another sleeping option. A separate bathroom with shower and WC is also integrated. The terrace offers comfort with a wonderful view over the alpaca meadow. A parking space is available on the property.

The Tiny House is located on an alpaca ranch in Rubkow off the Pomeranian mainland coast. The farm is located between Anklam and Wolgast in the outskirts of Rubkow, about 140 meters from the road. Surrounded by more than 40 alpacas and their foals, you can relax here in a rural idyll and yet only a few minutes' drive from the Baltic Sea and the island of Usedom. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the special animals on the farm or discover the unique landscape of the Baltic Sea coast and the nearby Peene Valley. The island of Usedom is only about 12 minutes away by car. The beach of Zinnowitz (Usedom) is about 30 km away.
