Welcome to tiny Schlockow in Mecklenburg.

I, Stefanie, am a teacher and am passionate about nature and wildlife. My partner Ulf is a passionate shepherd and farmer (part-time).

We would love to convince even more people of our beautiful region, which is perfect for a time-out.

What awaits our guests:

A construction trailer (approx. 18 square meters), insulated and very cozy.

With kitchen: sink, gas stove/oven, many utensils and dishes are available.

With double bed (1.4 x 2m).

With own composting toilet.

With solar shower in the garden.

With solar power supply from the house.

With outdoor seating area.

With parking space.

Situated on the edge of the village and wonderfully quiet.

I've lived in my beloved "Lieserl" trailer for five years straight and know that, in principle, that's all you need to be happy! In the morning, the sun shines on the car and encourages you to drink coffee on the steps and take a stroll through the surrounding area. In spring, the nightingale sings right next door in the apple tree... You can feel so wonderfully secure and rich in just 20 square meters. I would like to make this experience available to more people.

The property is full of animals creeping, crawling, hopping, flying and meandering. Our own chickens and Swiffer the cockerel roam around and provide plenty of eggs, Smilla the cat enjoys her free cat life and Henry and Mali the dogs keep an eye on things.

Various amphibians live in the mini pond. Fruit trees and bushes provide food and hiding places for almost 50 bird species.

With a bit of luck, you can hear tree frogs and fire-bellied toads and, with even more luck, even see them. Grass snakes, common spadefoot toads, dormice and weasels also live here. White-tailed eagles regularly circle the skies above Schlockow.

Many native perennials, shrubs and trees grow in the garden and provide for great biodiversity.

Here in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park you can go cycling, canoeing (on the Warnow and the many lakes), hiking, swimming and simply relaxing.

The Baltic Sea is only about 35 km away as the crow flies. Rostock, Schwerin, Wismar can be reached in only about 30-45 minutes. Bützow train station is conveniently located as an ICE stop and can be used as a starting point for many trips in the region (HH, Lübeck, Stralsund etc.).

The Warnow breakthrough valley, many megalithic tombs, the Slavic settlement of Groß-Raden and other sights are in the immediate vicinity.

But above all you will find peace and quiet here!
