Idyllic pitch next to the stable and pasture of our alpacas. On our farm there are about 35 alpacas, 4 donkeys, 3 sheep, guinea pigs, rabbits and quails. The pitch is located in the middle of the hilly Vogelsberg landscape, just outside the small village of Willofs.

California ExperienceDonkey Encounter
Get to know our four farm donkeys in a relaxed setting and spend some time with these curious four-legged friends. You’ll get especially close to them during a group feeding session—a highlight, especially for children. Along the way, you’ll learn more about the donkeys’ behavior and personalities. Everything is very well signposted, and the three campsites are well organized. The campsite is right next to the stables—a real treat for kids. The restroom is a dry toilet. There’s a refrigerator on-site stocked with regional products, available on an honor system.
A beautiful, peaceful campsite surrounded by lovely nature. Lena is a wonderful, very warm host.
Absolutely beautiful and surrounded by nature—the sheep graze all around you, the alpacas and donkeys in the barn are a joy to watch, and the little farm stand is a dream. All in all, it's a fantastic place to visit with kids.
A really beautiful spot surrounded by nature, perfect for kids too with all the animals around. The staff on site are great! 👍 Highly recommended!
