  Camping at Roland’s was simply wonderful! We had a lovely spot on the meadow for one night, since we were passing through on our way to Italy. The senior owner gave us a very interesting glimpse into his work and explained the modern technology used in the barn. We won’t forget that, and we’ll remember and appreciate it every time we enjoy our daily glass of milk. On top of that, the kids had a lot of fun driving the go-karts and visiting the free-range chickens. A side trip to Kempten was also just a stone’s throw away from here. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay—we highly recommend it!

  We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The hosts are extremely friendly, warm, and always up for a nice chat. You can immediately tell how much care and passion goes into running this beautiful farm. The campsite offers a magnificent view and is the perfect place to relax. We especially loved the lovely campfire pit, where you can comfortably wind down at the end of the day. If you’re looking for a quiet campsite with warm hosts and a great atmosphere, this is the perfect place for you. We’d love to come back!

  We were passing through on our way to Italy and stopped here for one night. The campsite is idyllically located on the farm grounds with a view of the Allgäu countryside. Electricity and water are provided free of charge; we didn’t need waste disposal facilities (though there are apparently some nearby). About 1 km away is a small pond, which we used for a morning swim before continuing our journey. Roland was a friendly and helpful host, though he wasn’t reachable by phone for a while when we arrived (around 10 p.m.), so we stood there on the property feeling a bit lost at first... All in all, though, it’s a really nice spot and highly recommended!
