Here I have an absolute treasure for friends of minimalist nature camping.
It's one of my hay meadows away from the hustle and bustle, tucked away on a hill at the edge of the forest.
If you are self-sufficient, you can book here!
There's no water or electricity here, but what there is in abundance is wonderful peace, pure nature and an incredibly beautiful view into the distance!
The pitch is secluded and hidden but still easily and quickly accessible, about 15 minutes away from Limburg on one side and Weilburg on the other. The nearest village is only about 2 km away.
You are also welcome to bring your horse and mark out a piece of meadow as a paddock. Ideal for riders or campers on horseback 😉
However, please discuss this with me in advance.
On request, I will make sure that you have a fire bowl and firewood in portions on a daily basis (if the weather conditions allow).

In a meadow
Depending on the time of year and whether the hay harvest has already taken place, you can choose where you want to stand. If the hay has not yet been cut, you should stand at the edge of the meadow. After the mowing and depending on the soil conditions, you can choose whether you want to stand at the edge of a hedge or at the edge of the forest or in the middle of the meadow.

Dogs welcome
As the site is in the middle of nature, it must be ensured at all times that your dog is secured (fence or on a lead). As the forest is in the immediate vicinity and the wild animals living there should not be stressed or put in danger!!!

If weather conditions permit and only under certain conditions. Bowl and firewood can be booked additionally (basic fee for provision of bowl and 1 x wood - 10 € / 1 x additional wood - 5 €).

If the climate and weather conditions permit, this must be discussed on site at short notice.

On request, you can also book a paddock for your horse (€30) and a water supply (one-off €20).
