Secluded camping spot with mountain views – enjoy the Allgäu Alps
We, Petra and Uwe, are passionate campers ourselves—and have been the proud owners of a Grand California since 2024.
Now we’d like to offer you a cozy little spot: In a completely secluded location with a stunning view of the Allgäu Alps, you can camp right next to our house.
Here’s what you can expect:
1 parking spot for a VW camper or van (up to 6 m)
Maximum occupancy: 2 people
Electricity included
Toilet and shower available as an optional add-on
Peace & pure nature – please leave pets at home
Important to know:
Hörnerdörfer visitor’s tax:
€3.20 per person per night (ages 14 and up) – charged separately.
Registration is conveniently done on-site via QR code.
Check-in from 3:00 PM / Check-out by 11:00 AM
Surroundings & Leisure:
The Hörnerbahn is just a 5-minute drive away – or you can reach it via a beautiful hiking trail.
The nearest larger towns are Fischen, Oberstdorf, and Sonthofen, with a wide range of leisure activities available in the Hörnerdörfer.

They took us in on such short notice. Petra and Uwe were incredibly friendly and helpful. The view of the mountains the next morning alone was worth the trip. We’ll definitely stop by again whenever we’re in the area.
Everything was great! A really beautiful location and friendly hosts :) You can go on some great hikes right from there.
We were able to book it on the spot, and the hosts were super friendly. The place also has a great atmosphere. We’d love to come back!
