Experience unforgettable days in the picturesque Southern Eifel, where our meadows on the edge of the forest offer you an oasis of peace and nature. Surrounded by rolling fields, lush cattle pastures, and peaceful horse paddocks, our farm is the perfect place to escape the daily grind and unwind.

On the one hand, you have the opportunity to enjoy the peace and nature in seclusion, all to yourselves, in the meadows at the edge of the forest. The meadows are about a 5-minute walk from our farm and the shower/restroom/common room, so there is no electricity there.

Alternatively, you can camp right on the farm in an old orchard or a spacious meadow. You’re welcome to hang up a hammock you’ve brought along. Here, we have green electricity from our own production and water from our deep well.

There’s plenty to discover! Watch the cattle, chickens, and horses that bring our farm to life and experience the animals up close.

We’d also be happy to accommodate you and your own horse on our farm.

You can purchase beef from our on-farm slaughter, such as beef steaks, ground beef for high-quality burger patties, sausages, etc. For lovers of fine spirits, we offer fruit brandies from our farm’s own distillery. As well as other products from local producers (subject to availability).

The surrounding area invites you to explore:

The nearby Buntsandstein hiking trail along the picturesque Kyll Valley offers you the chance to enjoy the breathtaking nature on long hikes.

Come visit our farm in Preist and experience the perfect combination of nature, a love for animals, and culinary delights!

We look forward to your visit!

Great campsite in the orchard. We stayed here with the family and had a relaxing time. Very friendly hosts, easy communication, and delicious meat from the farm. The restroom and shower were spotless. There were plenty of options in the area for short and long hikes and excursions, and Trier is just a stone’s throw away. The kids were especially excited about the chance to go horseback riding. We’d love to come back.

We felt very comfortable staying with Anna and Michael—they were both so hospitable! We camped in the orchard. The bathroom and shower were clean. The highlights were the fire pit we rented and, of course, the view of the horses :).

We had an absolutely wonderful camping weekend at Anna and Michael’s farm. You can tell right away how much heart and soul they’ve put into this place. The campsites are beautifully situated in a peaceful, stunning landscape—perfect for unwinding, spending time together, and simply enjoying the moment. We were especially pleasantly surprised by the facilities. The restroom and hot shower were always clean and well-maintained. As a larger group of hot-shower enthusiasts, we were all happy and satisfied! On top of that, there’s a truly well-equipped kitchen where nothing was missing. It’s simply ideal for a relaxed weekend with family and friends. The evenings by the open fire were a real highlight. Add to that the finest beef from the farm, incredibly delicious homemade fruit brandy with Mirabelle and Williams pears, good Mosel wine, and authentic Eifel beer. It’s exactly this mix of coziness, hospitality, and nature that makes the place so special. Our kids are still raving about the great horseback ride and all the little adventures around the farm. For us, it wasn’t just camping—it was a truly wonderful shared experience with incredibly kind people. We’ll definitely be back.

We spent a wonderful long weekend here. Since we’re self-sufficient, we chose a campsite a little further away without electricity. Beautiful views over the fields, birds chirping, and a campfire. Wonderful! The restroom, shower, etc., were very clean. The products in the small farm shop are also highly recommended. Anna and Michael were very friendly. Both are very attentive. Thank you so much. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.
