Stand-alone pitch with lake and mountain views

Nice that you are interested in our pitch.

We are Johann and Franziska.

Both in our early 40s.

We rent out this pitch directly adjacent to our garden.

We attach great importance to treating people and nature with respect.

The privacy of our guests is important to us.

Please also show consideration for our private area.

The pitch is generally intended for self-sufficient and smaller buses or motorhomes up to 6m and 3.5t.

There is not enough space for longer motorhomes over six meters.

The gravelled parking area measures approx. 5.50m in length and 4.70m in width.

The adjoining lawn area is approx. 3.0m x 4.70m.

The view offers a magnificent view of the Waginger See, as well as the Berchtesgaden and Chiemgau mountains.

Various lidos around the Waginger and Tachinger lakes are within easy cycling distance.

Dogs are welcome and free of charge, but please keep them on a leash without compromise.

Shopping facilities:

Regional organic food store (approx. 5km)

Village store (approx. 5km)

Various discount stores etc. (5-8km)

Petrol station, various restaurants and cafés within a radius of 5-10 km.

Salzburg: 26km

Facilities:

In the small hut adjacent to the pitch there is a so-called dry separation toilet, as well as a sink with rainwater.

Please only use ecological washing-up liquid.

Disposal of chemical toilets is not possible here.

Fire bowl available.

Wheelbarrow full of wood 5€

Electricity flat rate 5€ per night.

(Use of electronic heaters excluded).

Waste can be disposed of separately.

Waste disposal per bag 5€.

When making an inquiry, please always state the length and type of vehicle, the number of people (and if more than two, please state their age) and whether electricity is required. Anything over and above the basic price must be paid on arrival in cash or by Paypal.

In principle, we would like arrivals until 10 pm.
