Stand-alone pitch with lake and mountain views

Nice that you are interested in our pitch!

We rent out this parking space directly adjacent to our garden.

The pitch offers a wonderful view of Lake Waginger See and the Berchtesgaden and Chiemgau mountains.

What you can expect:

In the small hut adjacent to the pitch there is a so-called dry separation toilet, as well as a sink with rainwater (please only use eco-dishwashing detergent)

- Disposal of chemical toilets is not possible

- Fire bowl available

- Wood (wheelbarrow): 5 €

- Electricity flat rate: 5 € per night

(electric heaters excluded)

- We are happy to fill your canisters with fresh water for an extra charge - just let us know.

- Garbage can be disposed of separately (flat rate per stay in usual quantities): 2,50€

🐾 Dogs are very welcome!

Your dogs are welcome here free of charge.

We only ask that they are kept on a lead.

Our place for you:

- For self-sufficient buses & small motorhomes (max. 6 m length / 3.5 t)

- Gravelled area: approx. 5.50 m x 4.70 m

- Lawn area: approx. 3.00 m x 4.70 m

- Driveway: 3.20 m wide, slight gradient

If you have a bike rack, it may be necessary to remove it from the trailer coupling before driving on and off - you can park it directly at the parking space.

- If the sliding door is on the passenger side, the driveway should be reversed.

- Please park the vehicle as far to the right as possible

- We are happy to help with parking.

In the surrounding area:

- Several lidos at Waginger & Tachinger See - perfectly accessible by bike.

- Shopping facilities: Organic food store & village store (approx. 5 km each), discount store (5-8 km)

- Petrol station, restaurants and cafés: 5-10 km

- Salzburg: 26 km

Arrival & departure:

- Arrival: from 15:00, please arrive by 22:00 at the latest

- Departure: until 12:00 noon

⏰ Late check-out: By arrangement - possible until 18:00 for a surcharge of €10.

Please pay all additional costs (electricity, garbage, wood, water) on arrival in cash or via PayPal.
