Everything went great!
Nice, clean and quiet site on the edge above the pretty town of Wernigerode. No immediate, wide view from the enclosed site. A few steps from there, however, the landscape is wide and wonderful. We spent 2 nights on the Whitsun weekend with our car and tent. Arrival was uncomplicated and there was a large selection of pitches on arrival. There were two other friendly campers with motorhomes on site. The price was fair, communication was a bit slow and there was no personal contact, but that was fine with me. You should consider taking care of your own toilet (as stated in the advertisement). We did not find the garbage disposal around the accommodation as stated in the advertisement, but this was not a problem for us. Perhaps we didn't look carefully. (; I would absolutely recommend this place as a "base camp" and would come here again at any time.
