Wind & Open Spaces – Close to Nature, Right on the North Sea Dike

Our parking spot on the dike is located about 300 meters from the farmhouse, right on the second line of the North Sea dike. Because it’s at the end of a dead-end road, you’ll be completely undisturbed here. Let the often-bitter North Sea wind blow around your nose, or enjoy the sunset in the evening away from the tourist crowds. There is no direct access to the sea here; the beach at Harlesiel is about a 30-minute walk away.

The center of Carolinensiel is about 1.5 km away. There you will find numerous shopping options and restaurants.

Take extended bike rides to the Siel villages of Neuharlingersiel, Bensersiel, or Schillig, or visit one of the East Frisian islands.

There is no electricity or restroom facilities here. Water can be obtained upon request if needed.

There are a total of two RV sites on the dike. Please note that the grassy area (approx. 160 m²) may be shared with another camper if you book.

Persons with severe disabilities whose disability rating is at least 80% and whose official ID contains the designation “H” or “B,” as well as their accompanying person, are exempt from the visitor’s tax.
