Wind & Open Spaces – Close to Nature, Right on the North Sea Dike

Our dike campsite is located about 300 meters from the farm building, right on the second line of the North Sea dike. Because it’s at the end of a dead-end road, you’ll be completely undisturbed here. Let the often brisk North Sea wind blow around your nose, or enjoy the sunset in the evening away from the tourist crowds. There is no direct access to the sea here; Harlesiel Beach is about a 30-minute walk away

The center of Carolinensiel is about 1.5 km away. There you’ll find numerous shopping options and restaurants.

Go on extended bike rides to the Siel villages of Neuharlingersiel, Bensersiel, or Schillig, or visit one of the East Frisian islands

There is no electricity or restroom facilities here. Water can be obtained upon request if needed.

Important: This is a shared campsite. The campsite is located on a grassy area approximately 30 meters long and 5 meters wide, with a total area of about 150 m². The area is intended for use by two parties, so that each party has approximately 75 m² at their disposal.

Thanks to the generous layout, each campsite offers plenty of space and privacy. This makes it possible to maintain sufficient distance from the neighboring site and enjoy your stay undisturbed, without feeling cramped or “on top of each other.”

People with severe disabilities whose disability rating is at least 80% and whose official ID card contains the designation “H” or “B,” as well as their accompanying person, are exempt from the visitor’s tax.
