Welcome to our igloo tent!

Come on in and snuggle up in our igloo tent!

Equipped with insulated mats, an air mattress, blankets, and pillows, it’s bound to be cozy.

But before and after snuggling, enjoy the sweeping views of the river valley and the village of Herolz from one of the many seating areas in our 2,000-square-meter garden.

With a little luck, you might spot deer, storks, or herons along the banks of the Kinzig River, or hear the cuckoo, the nightingale, or our blackbird.

You’re also welcome to grill in our fire pit area, build a campfire in the fire bowl, and enjoy the starry sky from your picnic blanket.

Want to charge your phones and power banks?

No problem—there’s electricity in the igloo and in the house.

There you’ll also find our private kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and all the cooking utensils you need.

Here you can cook, bake, and fry—and best of all: you don’t have to wash the dishes—our dishwasher takes care of that.

And even better:

Tea and coffee—including vegan milk—are available to you here at any time, free of charge.

The guest bathroom is stocked with all the toiletries, towels, toothbrushes, insect repellent, sunscreen, hair dryers, hot water bottles, and much more.

We clean the shower and toilet daily with disinfectant spray, which is also available for your use; however, please be aware that the bathroom may also be used by other guests during your stay.

And if you’d like to bundle up even more, you’re welcome to book an extra blanket or a sleeping bag—or even an electric mattress pad!

You’re also welcome to use our washing machine and dryer for a small fee.

Bringing your dog? Then book our yurt—there’s plenty of space there, since dogs aren’t allowed in the igloo tent.

Any questions?

Just drop us a line. We’ll definitely get back to you ;)

We look forward to seeing you, Mels and Tom <3
