Camping in the castle park - nature experience with comfort
Welcome to one of the most idyllic places for campers and tent enthusiasts: with its old, shady trees, the Schlosspark offers ideal conditions for relaxing days in nature. Whether with a tent or motorhome - even larger vehicles up to 8 m in length (including trailers) can easily be accommodated here.
There is a picturesque lake just 900 m away as the crow flies and a small river with running water in the immediate vicinity - perfect for nature lovers and those seeking refreshment. All the necessary supplies are also available on site: Fresh water can be conveniently filled up, and both gray and black water disposal are available.
Open fires are permitted - so nothing stands in the way of a cozy campfire evening in the open air. Access and departure are possible almost around the clock by telephone arrangement, so you can arrive and depart flexibly. The meadow itself is varied - partly freshly mown, partly natural with tall grass - a paradise for people and animals.
The castle garden is regularly visited by deer, rabbits and numerous bird species - a real natural idyll. Bee lovers also get their money's worth: several beehives provide a buzzing nature experience.
Just 450 m away is a large farm store with 24-hour self-service - ideal for fresh, regional products at any time. The Pfaff Camping specialist shop, which stocks all kinds of camping equipment, is also right next door.
Experience camping close to nature with that little bit extra - peace, freedom and pure nature await you in the Schlosspark!
Site rules for the Schlosspark campsite
To ensure that all guests feel comfortable and that the special atmosphere of this natural site is preserved, we ask you to observe the following rules:
Open fires
Campfires or fire pits are generally permitted - please only after prior consultation. Pay attention to safety and never leave fires unattended.
Dogs
Four-legged friends are welcome, but must always be kept on a lead - also out of consideration for the wild animals living here, such as deer, hares and birds.
Maintain privacy
There are some inhabited houses on the site that are private. Please respect these areas and keep a safe distance to protect the privacy of the residents.
Peace and consideration
There are no direct neighbors - nevertheless, we ask you to be respectful and considerate of nature, animals and other guests.
Free space instead of rules
Otherwise: Enjoy the freedom - there are no fixed rules, only the request to behave carefully and responsibly.

Such a beautiful place! Camping with a view of the castle in a wild castle garden! It was a great experience! Unfortunately, a few of us got bitten by ticks. You can also hear the main road quite clearly. Other than that, I highly recommend it!
A wonderful place to unwind! And a super-friendly, charming, and attentive host—we'll be back!
Incredible castle park with lots of deer and rabbits, owls. Fantastic nature and tranquillity. Right next door. Thank you very much. We will be back.
