ChristineHi! Here you are on our only straight piece of hay meadow on a slope between forest and pastures:) Our farm and the neighboring farm are about 100 and 200 m away respectively. At the site you can set up along the forest and experience the directly connected hiking trails on foot or by bike. The Schevelstein plateau and the former 'NATO forest' begin at the top of the hill. We wish you a wonderful time among the deer, raccoons, badgers, hares, birds of prey, wild boars and, more recently, the European wildcat - a small sensation :)
Attention - wild camping is a legal gray area in Germany, unfortunately also on private property - the understanding of local residents is required. We therefore ask that no more than four people camp per booking and that you respect nature. From April to October, all open fires are strictly prohibited, otherwise you are welcome. A full wheelbarrow of firewood is available for 10,-. Camping on our site is at your own risk.
Free cancellation up to 1 day (12:00 p.m.) before arrival.
