Camping on the orchard meadow next to the sheep

The pitch is located approx. 50 m from the house between old fruit trees on a meadow orchard. Right next to the pitch are the tame sheep, depending on the season there are fresh vegetables, salad, herbs or fruit.

You are also welcome to buy our own "Äppler" or apple juice. A fire basket including wood is provided (depending on dryness).

Water is available at the tap with canisters, electricity is supplied by cable reel, there is an outdoor sink with hot water and a hot water shower with a view of the natural surroundings. A WC with a small wash hand basin is available in the barn, approx. 70m from the pitch. Wifi can be provided free of charge at the house.

In Waake there is an organic food store with its own bakery, as well as the "Museum auf dem Gutshof". In Ebergötzen there is the "Wilhelm-Busch Museum" (he actually lived there) and the "Bread Museum", as well as a supermarket and an ATM.

The area is wonderful for hiking, for trips to the Rhume spring, to the Harz mountains or to the nearby Seeburger See. On hot days, a Kneipp pool in Bösinghausen in the forest provides refreshment!

Larger vehicles such as vans or small motorhomes are also possible on request, but only in the courtyard between the house and the barn.

If the weather conditions do not allow an overnight stay on the meadow, as it cannot be driven on due to wetness, we reserve the right to park in the courtyard. Check-in please until 19.00 o'clock, check-out 12.00 o'clock, thank you!
