Houseboat Sweden Töcksfors Värmland Dalsland

From May 2025 you can rent our houseboat in Töcksfors Värmland right on the Norwegian border. The houseboat is located on Lake Foxen on the Dalsland Canal. Renovation work is currently underway, but will be completed by then.

The houseboat is in a quiet, secluded location next to an old sawmill. From here you can set off directly onto the lake landscape in a canoe or kayak. The houseboat is firmly anchored and can be reached via its own jetty. It is equipped with a double bed and two bunk beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven and fridge. You can also enjoy a steak from the gas barbecue on the terrace as the sun goes down.

The houseboat is located on Lake Foxen, which is part of the Dalsland Canal system and connects the Stora Le and the Lelang. Here, right on the border with Norway, you will find everything from untouched nature to shopping centers. You only need 1 hour by car to get to Oslo
