Camping at the gates of Lüneburg

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, we offer three beautiful and quiet pitches on the Hohensand just outside the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg. The pitches are on grass and are located in the garden of a former vegetable farm. From here you can reach Lüneburg via the beautiful towpath along the Ilmenau. Other destinations such as the Elbe or the boat lift in Scharnebeck are waiting to be explored. Hamburg can also be easily reached from Bardowick train station every hour. There are bakeries and other shopping facilities nearby. Opposite our pitch, directly on the Ilmenau, there is a restaurant where you can fortify yourself with good North German cuisine after an excursion. There is a free disposal point for black and grey water 8.5 kilometers away.
