ChristinaSpacious pitch on a quiet, well-kept estate of 3,500 square meters between fields and meadows in the Mecklenburgische Elbtalaue biosphere reserve. Ideal for nature lovers. Unobstructed views in all directions. The Sude, a tributary of the Elbe, can be reached directly via the dyke for swimming. Cycling, fishing, stand-up paddling, swimming in a nearby lake. Ideal starting point for your Elbe tour from Hamburg.
Ideal for children to run around and play. Safe paths - traffic on the dyke only by residents. Many short and long safe cycling tours for the family. Sparsely populated, as a former restricted area, idyllic village views. Aurochs and water buffalo in the nearby Suden lowlands. Nearest shopping town Boizenburg (Elbe) 8 km away.
Free cancellation up to 1 day (12:00 p.m.) before arrival.
By a river/stream

There are various positioning options

Between apple trees with a view of a large meadow
Toilet
Rear entrance to the house.
Dogs welcome
By arrangement, as the neighbor's dog in the kennel would bark constantly if a dog was in sight. The dog would therefore have to be kept on a lead and in any case under constant supervision.
Cats welcome
But they are not allowed to run free, otherwise they will get into a fight with the neighbor's "territorial cat".
Electricity
A cable reel is provided. For water and electricity 5 Euro/day.
Shower
dito
Water
From the tap in the former chicken coop, white house on photo
Cell phone reception

WiFi
WLAN is limited but possible
Fenced
The property is not fenced in, the dyke forms a boundary
Other (house rules)
Due to the renovation of a shed on the site, the terrain is not showing its best side until further notice. The pitch is not affected, the view is still wonderful, but there is a lot of stuff standing around. Arrival and departure times by arrangement. Night's rest from 10 pm. Next door are chickens and sheep behind an electric fence, the chickens and a cat occasionally drop by. cat occasionally drop by. We like dogs and cats, but because of the neighbor's territorial cat and the dog in the kennel next door, there could be conflicts. Therefore better not. Surcharge for electricity of 3 Euro/day, use of the washing machine possible for 2 Euro, dryer 1 Euro. Booking of the former chicken coop with 2 beds and cold water by arrangement. Leave the place as you found it.
