Wild camping in the middle of Münsterland!

Hello to all those who would like to pitch their canvas tent (or other equipment) in the great outdoors.

If you would like to "WILD-CAMP" legally, I can offer you a 2,500 square meter pitch on a beautiful meadow in the middle of the Münsterland, surrounded by old oak trees and a hedge.

What do we have? ALMOST NOTHING!!!!

No electricity, no toilet and no shower, but a magnificent view into the distance and the starry sky - that's what we have!

Start the day with an ice-cold drink from the 15m deep well (no drinking water) with the Schwengel pump, muscle power is required here.

Stretch out your hammock between the tall oak trees and enjoy a nap in nature or use the meadow for fun and games without limits.

End the evening around the campfire with a nice drink and enjoy the great outdoors. With a bit of luck, the fox and hare will say GOOD NIGHT to you or the deer will graze right next door at dusk.

For cycling enthusiasts, the nearby Münsterland cycle path (from Coesfeld to Rheine) is ideal for cycling. There are also a number of circular routes that invite you to go hiking.

Please remember that the nearest shopping facilities are approx. 5-6 km away, just bring everything you need!!!

The place is for you ALL ALONE, there is always ONLY 1 BOOKING so that you can enjoy the peace and nature and forget everyday life and therefore ideal for the AUTARKEN-CAMPER.

And please leave the place without garbage and other leftovers so that everyone gets a clean place and everyone should have a toilet on board!

PS: To ALL of you who also like to camp in WINTER; OUR PITCH is there for you the WHOLE YEAR, but if it rains for weeks, the pitch may unfortunately be under water :( Otherwise, welcome to winter !!!

If you are a larger group and are traveling with several vehicles/accommodations, please let us know.

We had a wonderful time. Shortly after we arrived, our host Sascha welcomed us with great warmth and friendliness—you feel right at home immediately! The campsite itself is a dreamy little gem nestled among old, shady trees. Everything is very well-maintained and lovingly designed. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect spot: You can enjoy a wonderful secluded location with a fantastic panoramic view over the fields, complete with hares and deer. A real highlight was the ice-cold well water, which was the perfect way to cool off. The site is also ideal for dog owners. Other than that, there’s simply nothing here but pure nature—and that’s exactly what we were looking for! We felt completely at home and will definitely be back—we can’t wait. Thank you so much for this wonderful spot, Sascha!

We had a very lovely and idyllic stay. The description of the site is spot on. Lots of nature, plenty of animals to see, and pure tranquility. You feel secluded and on your own, just like wild camping. It’s close to the bike trails, and even for short walks there are lovely loop trails through the meadows and fields. Simply wonderful—we’ll definitely be back. Michael and Sabine.

Super friendly and helpful. Beautiful spot—we had a great night and saw a few pheasants when we woke up.
