Sunny, quiet, paved single pitch in a secluded location near the hamlet of Bürg, just before the Tegernsee valley. Accessible via a single-lane residential road, located directly on the Via Bavarica - Tyrolensis long-distance cycle path. Pitch between meadows, next to a farm building. Occasional haymaking or grazing of the adjacent areas by sheep. Occasional use of a room on the upper floor as a meeting room for my son and his friends. Especially during the summer months, agricultural activities accompany the
activities accompany the daily routine - but peace and quiet returns around 9-10 pm. Exceptions prove the rule: occasional use of a room on the upper floor by my son (meeting place, billiards, music). Use of building areas only after consultation, consideration for adjacent farm areas.
