In the heart of the Weserbergland region, nestled among rolling hills, blossoming fruit trees, and vast fields, lies the small village of Hummersen—a place where time seems to move more slowly. Right here, on an idyllic plot on the edge of the village, you can set up your camper and enjoy a few peaceful days surrounded by nature.

Our small campsite is in a quiet location, surrounded by young fruit trees that bloom in delicate shades of white and pink in the spring—and, with a little luck, bear their first fruit in late summer. You’ll be camping surrounded by greenery, with sweeping views of the countryside and the chance to start your day to the sound of birdsong and fresh country air.

Good to know:

You should be self-sufficient with your camper, as the site is natural and kept simple—but in return, it offers an extra dose of peace, space, and panoramic views.

We’d love for you to stop by and discover this little paradise in Hummersen for yourself.

If you’d like to spend a few days with us as a group, feel free to reach out to me.

At the request of many guests, it’s currently only possible to book one spot at a time—but we’re happy to make individual arrangements for groups.

A really lovely spot—not too far from everything, but quiet enough to relax. My daughter really enjoyed it... I’ll be back when the weather is more consistent!

It's a really beautiful campsite, completely secluded in nature. Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain and poor visibility, but we would definitely come back

Rene was friendly and helpful and his meadow spot is fabulous and well maintained. There's a nice view, plenty of space to spread out and the dog to run free, plus peace and privacy galore. The only slight hiccup is that in wet weather, the camper struggled to make it up the grassy incline to the camping spot, so heavier vehicles would need to park at the bottom - which is still lovely by the way.

A beautiful place with a unique view and an incredibly helpful host. We'll be back!
