You will find the site 10 km from the A9 between Berlin and the greater Leipzig/Halle area. Ideal for a stopover.
Welcome to the heart of nature, in the Fläming Nature Park. You will find peace and quiet away from major roads.
My property is one hectare in size and lies on the edge of the forest. There is no commercial use here. A few chickens, and with luck a few chicks, roam freely through the area.
Berlin (100 km), Potsdam (60 km), Leipzig (80 km), Halle/ Saale (70 km), Dessau (25 km) and Lutherstadt Wittenberg (25 km), Oranienbaum Castle (25 km), Wörlitz Park (20 km) are within easy reach.
Besides my mother tongue, I speak fluent English, some Russian and Spanish. Worked for 30 years in a multinational company. Now I enjoy my life as a freelancer with a lot of free time in the middle of nature.

Power can be connected if you are not too far away from the power source, i.e. on the left side of the meadow as seen from the house. No meter reading or any extra costs, power for free :-).

I don't have a farm store, but I do have mineral water and beer, fresh eggs from my chickens and sometimes honey from the local beekeeper ;-) . If there is time and opportunity from my side, there is also delicious fresh coffee, everything requires time and effort, so not free - but very cheap;-)

I can dispose of yellow and blue garbage cans and organic waste, as well as residual waste in moderate quantities
