Electricity

Electricity can be connected if you are not too far away from the power source, i.e. on the left-hand side of the meadow as seen from the house. No meter reading or extra costs.

Farm shop

I don't have a farm store, but I do have mineral water and beer, fresh eggs from my chickens and sometimes honey from the local beekeeper ;-) . If there is time and opportunity from my side, there is also delicious fresh coffee, everything requires time and effort, so not free - but very cheap;-)

Sauna

I have a sauna, there is also enough wood, everything requires effort, so it's not free;-)
