Camping on the orchard near Lake Kummerow

Idyllic pitches on the orchard meadow. The meadow is located behind our vegetable garden and thus offers privacy at a distance from our apartment. The orchard is large enough for several guests to camp at a distance from each other. Next to our garden there is a small outdoor bathroom with an outhouse and shower that can be used. There is also a small kitchen hut with a work table that can be used for cooking. A small fridge, a gas stove with two hobs and electricity are available for an extra charge of 5 euros per night. If the weather is suitable, you can make a fire at our campfire site, where there is also a table and chairs for eating and extinguishing water is available.

If you arrive by car, you can park at the house (about 100 meters from the tent meadow), bicycles can be taken to the tent or stored in sheds.

The adjacent farmland is occasionally used by cows and goats also live on the property. The fruit from the meadow, the juice made from it and the vegetables from our garden are available for a small donation.

The property is located in the center of Sommersdorf, Lake Kummerow is within walking or cycling distance (approx. 1 km). The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, hiking and canoeing. The nearest shop is a small village store (with restaurant) in the neighboring village (approx. 4 km), the nearest town with supermarket, pharmacy, train station (RB 4) and co. is Reuterstadt Stavenhagen (approx. 12 km), another train station (RE 5) is in Demmin (approx. 15 km).
