The green Orangery in the woods

In The Green Orangery, you can stay close to unique nature.

The atmosphere is all about friendly hospitality, sustainable comfort, and time to relax and enjoy.

Here, you can listen to the birds chirping, watch hedgehogs bustling, and feel the wind rustling through the treetops or warm yourself by the wood-burning stove just like in the old days.

Your stay includes a welcome aperitif, freshly made beds, air-dried towels, and free WiFi, coffee and tea.

The beds are old original wooden beds, extended to modern standard sizes of 200 x 90 cm. When it gets dark outside, you can look up at the sky and count the stars through a small skylight window.

Restful sleep.

When you retire for the night, you'll rest on duvets and pillows made from the plant material kapok. This is highly hypoallergenic, temperature-regulating, and organically produced. The bedding is organic linen.

Heating.

Upon arrival, the wood-burning stove is fired up - unless it's summer. You can also use the wood-burning stove to cook your food and boil water for coffee/tea.

Nature.

You also have the option to use the natural ground, where you'll find the bonfire site. You are welcome to collect vegetables and fruit from the garden round the house. The hot water in the toilet building is heated by solar power.

Handicap-friendly.

The Green Orangery with its own toilet and shower is very handicap-friendly – tested by the local disability council.

Parking for handicap vehicles is available, and from there, the path leads down to the Green Orangery. Note: The path has a little over a 5% incline – and is therefore best suited for electric wheelchairs, but it can be used by manual wheelchairs with assistance.

Breakfast: You have the option to purchase breakfast with many organic products and a make-your-own packed lunch. Please order breakfast at arrival. Fee 16 Euro. Children up to 12 years old are half price.

Your dog is welcome.

It´s permitted to bring one (or two) dogs into The Green Orangery when:- the dog doesn´t get into the beds.- the dog is on a leash outside- the dog is never left alone in the house.- fee DKK 100/dog.

Dinner: You have the option to purchase a package with all the ingredients for a dinner.

Electric car charging: Book a charging spot for an electric car (Payment per kWh is made through the SpiriiGo app. This can be downloaded on the day).
