General information § 1 Rest periods 1. the guest is obliged to comply with the house rules. From 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m. the night's rest applies. In order to avoid disturbance, TV and audio equipment in particular must be set to room volume. 2. in the case of events, these are exempt from the regulation in clause 1, but any disturbance of other guests or neighbors must still be avoided as far as possible. § 2 Fire/Smoking 1. a general smoking ban applies throughout the house. In the event of non-compliance, the landlord may charge a cleaning fee of up to EUR 500.00 (net). Smoking is only permitted in the garden (with use of the ashtrays), whereby great care must be taken at all times due to the increased risk of fire (thatched roof). 2. if a fire alarm goes off and there is a fire, the fire department must be called immediately (112). A fire extinguisher for initial measures is located in the hallway. In addition, the landlord must be informed immediately if possible. § 3 Parking Guests may park on the embankment in front of the rental property on the street at their own risk. The landlord expressly points out that this is public road traffic and that guests must comply with the road traffic regulations. Guests must also show consideration for other guests and neighbors when parking. The landlord is not liable for violations of the StVO by the tenant, nor for the availability of parking spaces or for damage to or loss of the vehicle parked there by the tenant. § 4 Sanitary facilities The sanitary facilities in the hallway may be used by all guests. Mutual consideration is required. The facilities must be treated with care and in particular left in such a way that the next guest can also use them. In particular, items such as soap, toilet paper and detergent must be used sustainably. § 5 Waste All waste must be separated into leftovers (gray garbage can, red lid), plastic/metal (gray garbage can, yellow lid) and paper (gray garbage can, blue lid) and disposed of in the waste garbage cans behind the green container at the east end of the property. Vacation apartments/forest cabins § 1 For the duration of the rental of the vacation apartment/forest cabin/(hereinafter: accommodation), the guest is obliged to keep the windows and doors closed when leaving the accommodation. When airing and opening, the doors and usually historical windows in the apartments (a small hook is provided in each case) must be secured against being blown shut. 2. each accommodation in the farmhouse has a sauna (which can be booked for the cabins). Instructions are available in the bathroom or can be viewed online and must be strictly adhered to and special care must be taken here due to the increased risk of fire. 3. pets are not allowed in the accommodation at Haus Anna Elbe, with the exception of dogs (for an additional charge). 4. the landlord has the right to enter the accommodation at any time, especially in the event of imminent danger. When exercising the right of access, due consideration must be given to the guest's legitimate interests. The landlord shall inform the guest of the exercise of the right of access in advance, unless this is unreasonable or impossible in the circumstances of the individual case. 5. the installation and/or attachment of materials for decoration, furnishings or electronic devices or similar in the accommodation is not permitted. The guest shall be solely liable for any decorations, furnishings, electronic devices or similar that are nevertheless installed and/or attached and shall indemnify the landlord against claims by third parties. The guest is also obliged to compensate for any damage caused by the installation and/or attachment of decorations or furnishings or similar. § 2 Common rooms and facilities 1 Washing (washing machine in the barn) is permitted. Drying laundry or bathing suits/towels is permitted on the rotary clothes dryer in the garden. This does not apply if an event is taking place in the hallway or in the garden. Per washing machine or dryer 5,00 Euro incl. detergent are to be paid via Paypal. 2. the barn as a common room and the kitchen located there can be used - as long as no event is taking place. Dishes/glasses/cutlery as well as seats and tables must be cleaned, dried and put back in place after use. 3. in the hallway in front of the vacation apartments there is an old white cupboard in which books and games etc. can be shared. In addition, some outdoor toys (e.g. bouncy animals, buckets, balls, frisbees) can be shared, which are stored in a box in the barn. All toys and books must be treated with care and returned in full after use. 4. there is a barbecue in the garden for guests to use. Its use during an event is only permitted to the extent that this is not disturbed by its use. After use, the grill grate must be cleaned and returned to the grill. The risk of fire must also be observed here.
