An old quarry in the middle of nature conservation areas on a quiet side road. Dry toilet. Mountain border stream for washing and bathing. On the edge of an Erzgebirge scattered settlement. Approx. 650 m above sea level. Camping is possible on the mowed areas at the mountain stream near the fireplace, the site for the camper is in the old quarry. Both are connected by stairs. The circus caravan is private.

I wasn't able to go on the trip because I was called out on a rescue mission as part of my volunteer work and didn't get home until late. I would have expected some flexibility and a refund of the lodging fees, but instead, I didn't even receive a response to my cancellation. Too bad. Host’s response: Hi Jennifer, thank you for your important volunteer work! Please understand that we have to adhere to our cancellation policy, as spots that open up at the last minute can no longer be reassigned. If messages got lost in the hustle and bustle, I’m sorry—this could certainly have been clarified if you’d contacted us directly to arrange an alternative date.
A beautiful, quiet spot in a secluded location. You hardly even notice the little road. Our dog loved it too, especially swimming in the Natzschung 😉 It was also great that Kay checked in with us again on the day we arrived. We’ll definitely be back. 🙏
It’s a really wonderful campsite that was built and furnished with a lot of love and a deep connection to nature. We felt very comfortable there. Even our two dogs didn’t want to go home at all.
