At the Alte Försterei in the Ore Mountains

Densely overgrown ridges, quiet valleys, deep reservoirs: that sounds like the Ore Mountains. Here you are in the middle of a nature reserve. Forests, meadows and nature as far as the eye can see can be experienced while hiking through Saxony all the way to the Czech border, breathing in as much forest air as you need to come down and meet yourself.

You'll park your California or VW motorhome in the ruins of the former royal Saxon head forester's house. Don't worry, the ruin is well fortified and offers you 120 square meters of space (max. clearance width 3.20 m, max. clearance height at 3 m) just for you: to sit around the campfire in the evening and look alternately into the embers and the stars.
