Our Tiny House LEUCHTFEUER is back!

It has found a new home in a lovingly landscaped spot on our property—harmoniously integrated into the surroundings, yet offering space for peace and retreat.

Welcome to the Tiny House Leuchtfeuer—a special retreat for a relaxing getaway.

Measuring a compact 7.2 x 2.55 meters, a lovingly designed space-saving marvel awaits you, combining minimalist living with comfort. The Tiny House stands in a newly designed spot on our park-like property and is part of our little North Sea vacation paradise.

The cozy sleeping area is located under the roof and is accessible via a staircase—a true tiny house experience with special charm.

In the living area, a fold-out wall table with two chairs allows for flexible use—perfect for dining, working, or simply enjoying a coffee in between.

The well-equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator and two induction cooktops, offers everything you need for self-catering. The modern bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet.

A real highlight is the wood-burning stove, which creates a warm and cozy atmosphere, especially on cooler days. Additionally, the tiny house is equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring it stays pleasantly warm year-round. Solar panels support a sustainable energy supply.

Outside the tiny house, outdoor seating invites you to enjoy the fresh North Sea air, start the day peacefully, or wind down in relaxation.

The North Sea is within walking distance—ideal for walks, fresh sea air, and short breaks by the water. At the same time, you’ll enjoy the tranquility of our spacious property with plenty of greenery and a special atmosphere.

Nowhere else on the North Sea will you find a Tiny House in a location like this: situated within walking distance of the coast and, thanks to its park-like grounds featuring a private pond, a sloping landscape, and a nature-protected biotope, a year-round retreat where you can unwind.

A place to arrive—and to stay.

Guests of our Tiny House have access to all the amenities of our North Sea vacation paradise. These include free parking, access to our pond with a beach, garden furniture, and playground equipment. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for use (for a fee).
