Our Tiny House in the vacation paradise on the North Sea.

Nowhere else on the North Sea can you find a place like this, which is within walking distance of the coast and at the same time offers a year-round retreat to unwind thanks to its park-like grounds with its own pond, a pond location and a nature-protected biotope.

Measuring 7.2 x 2.55 meters, the Tiny House is a small space miracle.

It offers comfortable space for 2 people and, as a special highlight, has a small wood-burning stove to conjure up a cozy atmosphere even in winter.

But don't worry, the house is equipped with underfloor heating so that it is cozy and warm in winter even without stove heating. Solar cells help to provide sustainable energy.

Guests of our Tiny House have access to all the amenities of our North Sea vacation paradise. This includes free parking, access to our pond with beach, garden furniture and children's play equipment. The laundry room with washing machine and dryer can also be used.

Please note that the guest contribution is not yet included in the holiday price.

The amount of the guest contribution is from 01.01.2024:

April 01 - October 31 (per night and person)

3.20 euros for adults and children (aged 13 and over)

1.95 euros for children (3 - 12 years)

Children 0 -2 years free of charge

November 01 - March 31 (per night and person)

1,50 Euro for adults and children (from 13 years)

0.85 Euro for children (3 - 12 years)

Children 0 -2 years free of charge)

The fees are to be paid on site.
