Marie-KristinWelcome to my small farm in the beautiful, quiet village of Kukuk.
We are located on the edge of the Mecklenburg Lake District and the region is characterized by shallow tourism.
My farm covers 2500m² and you can also have your peace and quiet here on the rear part of the farm, which is shielded by a large hall. Here you have a view of the greenery and you can reach the lake directly via the garden gate via a large, public playground within 5 minutes. The bathing area is public. But you can often spend quiet and solitary hours here too. There are many bathing spots around the lake within a short distance. The lake has wonderful water quality and is ideal for stand-up paddling or boating. Fishing is also possible here.
There are campsite-style sanitary facilities on the farm, separated into male/female. Toilets, urinals, showers and a washing machine are available. There is also a fridge in the hall, a camp kitchen with sink and a warm stove for colder days.
Dogs are generally allowed and my own can run separately in the garden. Everything is securely fenced. However, there are rabbits in large aviaries on the ground throughout the yard and some dogs are overwhelmed by them. Please be considerate of this. And we don't want to be attacked or constantly barked at either.
Apart from that, we have Wi-Fi, (mains) electricity, garden water and a fire pit.
I live and sometimes walk around the yard during the day. But I'm often out and about and show consideration when holidaymakers are here.
I also have horses in a meadow on the edge of the village. Have a look at my other advertisement. It's also a great place to stand.
Free cancellation up to 1 day (12:00 p.m.) before arrival.

Please look for your own firewood in the nearby forest or bring some from home. I always have a few leftovers here, so feel free to ask me for them. My self-cut, stacked firewood for the winter is absolutely taboo for this.

My wooden gate is now quite old. I am happy to open and close it for you when I am there or I know who is coming or going and when. If you want to open it yourself, please do so with care and make sure it is secure when open, otherwise it will break even faster due to wind etc. It would also be desirable to close it properly afterwards. It would also be desirable to close it properly afterwards. Feel free to contact me if this is too much for you.
Other (house rules)
I ask my guests to respect the night and rest times. We are in the middle of the village and I myself go to bed early. From 8 o'clock in the evening, it would be nice if there were no more arrivals or if the vehicles were no longer moved around. And from 10 o'clock in the evening, I simply expect consideration. In return, I don't wake my guests up at 6 a.m. with noisy work.
