Eckhof is a former four-sided farmstead with a large meadow behind the main farmhouse. It is a small village in the Fläming region with about 90 residents. From there, it is 4 km to the Flämingskate, the airfield, and the festival grounds in Altes Lager/Niedergörsdorf (airfield, Secret Forest, Wurzelfestival, Motorcycle Jamboree), 30 minutes to Lutherstadt Wittenberg, Luckenwalde, Bad Belzig, Beelitz, and 1 hour to Potsdam, Berlin, and Brandenburg/Havel. There are approximately 4,500 square meters of meadow space, electrical outlets (220/400V), and water connections. The site is located on the outskirts of town. Two dry-separation toilets (no flush). A washing machine and facilities for washing dishes with hot water (summer kitchen) are available. A fire pit with firewood and a beer tent set can be borrowed free of charge.
The site is so large that the campsites are virtually secluded; we also do not accept more than 2 bookings at a time. Dogs are welcome, subject to prior arrangement. There is another (small) dog on the property. Whether you’re traveling in a trailer, your own tent, a VW bus, or a small camper—we have plenty of space for everyone. The site is accessible 24/7; directions will be provided after booking. There is also a contact person on-site in the main house.

There are two dry-separation toilets available. No water flush.
Dogs welcome
Dogs are always welcome, there are other dogs on the farm, but they do not run around freely.

There are numerous 220/400V power connections throughout the site, the use of which is included in the price.
Shower
An outdoor shower with hot water is available.
Water
There are plenty of water connections throughout the site, as well as an outdoor washbasin. There is a regular washbasin with hot water in the summer kitchen.
Cell phone reception
Good cell phone reception available! (Sufficient for mobile working)
Campfire allowed
There is a large fire bowl and firewood, both can be used free of charge. Note forest fire warning level - there may be bans on campfires and barbecues.

WiFi
We are waiting for fiber optic connection in the next few months, then there will also be free Wi-Fi for our guests!
Public transport
By train to Blönsdorf (from Berlin) or Altes Lager / Jüterbog (from Potsdam), then on-call bus every two hours. Buses must be booked in advance.
Fenced
The property is completely fenced in, but the gate to the driveway must be consistently closed by all users...;-)
Other (house rules)
There is a summer kitchen equipped with a washing machine and a sink with hot water—shared use. A microwave, hot plate, electric kettle, and basic kitchenware and cooking utensils are provided.

Waste disposal
Household waste and compost can be disposed of at our site without any problems.
Grey water disposal
We currently only have limited options for gray water disposal and no option for black water.
EV charging
We have several regular 220/400V connections on the site, but no special e-car charging station. According to a guest, it is possible to charge at the 400V connection with an adapter.
Washing machine
A shared washing machine is available in the so-called summer kitchen.

Watching wildlife
There is a small village pond with lots of life, from herons to numerous frogs, there is always something to observe. We have had many interested children on site. In autumn, migratory birds come to rest in large flocks in the surrounding fields. Bats, swallows and numerous songbirds are present on the farm itself.

This was my second time here—the peace and quiet is simply wonderful. It's not luxurious, but it has everything you need—it's perfect. I'd love to come back again and again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Once again, a real highlight among the Hinterland campsites. A beautiful, quiet campsite surrounded by nature. The sites are spacious and clean. We were particularly impressed by the warm hospitality—especially from Ms. Fischer. Katrin is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help—you can tell right away that this place is run with passion. Communicating with Katrin was a breeze, and we received a great site map. The outdoor shower is amazing. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the wonderful time—we highly recommend it!

A beautiful little spot—I highly recommend it! The summer kitchen is an absolute dream for anyone traveling light. Kathrin gave us a super warm welcome and even provided us with Nutella sandwiches because of the rainy weather and found us a dry spot to stay. We’ll definitely be back! <3
Everything was simple and relaxed. We had a wonderful time enjoying the peace and quiet, the beautiful view, and the amazing sunset.
