"Villa "Bullerbü at Hamburg city limits 2 + child

If you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, hectic everyday life and the eternal flow of life, then you are exactly right in our little villa.

It is located in the back of our garden, overlooking the nature reserve. We occasionally make the little villa Bullerbü available for overnight stays.

We live in Neu Wulmstorf, directly at the nature reserve. Here you can also watch beautiful sunrises, go for walks and if you ever want to go to the big city, the S-Bahn is only a few minutes walk away.

Equipment

Bed 140x200, heating, TV, WLAN, sink with cold water, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, basic crockery, small wall folding table, bed linen and towels are provided.

An outdoor cooking area with gas stove or gas grill can be provided upon prior order.

In Villa Bullerbü there is a dry toilet with litter for the NIGHT, which must be emptied SELF. This is really quite easy and sounds more cumbersome than it is! Shower & toilet are accessible during the day in the main house. Please keep this in mind if you want to book Villa Bullerbü.

If you are traveling with a child / children, then use our children's pool in the summer (if built) and just chill in the garden. In the surrounding area there are many playgrounds and also an indoor playground.

If you come with bicycles (from us you can explore the surroundings by bike or mountain bike in the Harburg mountains), you can store them in a lockable area (not covered, please bring a rain cover). You can charge your e-bike free of charge (Schuko socket), please bring the charging cable.

Always worth seeing and great destinations include the wonderful little town of Buxtehude, the Alte Land, the country farm of Zum Dorfkrug (with water playground, large play area, mega delicious food from our own production and much more) or visit the Hamburg fish market on Sunday.

Breakfast is available on request and on weekends treat yourself to a coffee and a piece of cake and enjoy both on the small adjacent terrace or on the garden bench with a view of the nature reserve.

If you need more sleeping places, just put up your tent in our garden (per tent 10€). With your camper or a small caravan you can also stay with us. Electricity and water is included, grey water can be disposed of in the toilet, black water cannot be disposed of. The parking area on our property is slightly sloping and is located on the road with little traffic. If you wish and after previous arrangement you can park your vehicle (up to 6 m length) behind the lockable gate.

At the S-Bahn station a few minutes walk away you will also find a charging station for your E-AUTO, if you have a Schuko plug, you can charge your car for a fee with us.

Shower and toilet in the house can be used from 8.00 - 20.00 o'clock

Villa Bullerbü is a non-smoking house.

The bed is suitable for 2 adults plus infant. In addition, a tent brought along can be pitched (10€) or additional persons sleep in their own camper or caravan (plus 3€/person).

Please note that we have cats - (meow)

Important: only "booking requests" can be considered in order, unfortunately a request by messages can only be reserved in order of priority. This is to avoid double bookings or leaving other backlanders waiting.
