Hi, we've been back in the north of Germany for a while now, and at a "late" hour we decided to move from Bavaria to my old home in MV. Here we live in a small settlement in a semi-detached house, with a nice garden and between 45 and 60 minutes by car to the Baltic Sea in all directions (Darss, Rügen, Usedom). Many bike paths, the proximity to the sound, in which you can of course also cool off, make life here nice. Shopping facilities are available in Brandshagen, 3 minutes away, and in Stralsund (15 minutes) and Greifswald (25 minutes). Water and electricity can be provided, barbecuing is permitted to a "normal" extent.

My wife is an occupational therapist and I am a self-employed front-end developer, so I am usually on site and always available in the house. We love pretty much any kind of animal, but dogs are only allowed on a leash, as we keep an eye on our own cats and the neighbors' animals.

It is possible to use our pitch as a starting point for excursions to the Baltic Sea (Rügen, Fischland Darß, Usedom, Sund) and/or the surrounding area (Stralsund, Greifswald etc.). Water and electricity can be provided. WC, shower, washroom is unfortunately not available. It is a quiet settlement with lots of nature. Our house is a semi-detached house under construction, as it has just been bought.

The conditions:

Lots of nature, close to the Sund, Bodden, the Baltic Sea. Rügen, Darß, Usedom max. 1h driving time (car) away. Meadow is still mowed at registration.

The pitches:

It is part of a meadow behind our stable building (no longer used as a stable). Rather shady until lunchtime, a little more sheltered in the evening due to a large birch tree. To get there you have to pass between two buildings, so the maximum dimensions of the vehicle are approx. 4x2m

If you are a friend of the north, you can easily reach all places worth seeing/experiencing from here. Stralsund, Greifswald, Rügen, Fischland Darß, Usedom, Rostock and the Mecklenburg Lake District are max. 1.25 hours away (by car)

Other things:

Autobahn connection to the A20, federal highways 105/96 Stralsund/Greifswald (Rügen feeder road), Rügen ferry Stahlbrode/Glewitz are in the immediate vicinity, train stations of the regional train Rostock, Stralsund, Greifswald is about 10min (bike) away. Many places can be reached via the well-developed cycle path network.
