Susanne*The pitch is not bookable this season due to construction work on the property. However, the site will be offered again when it is possible again.
On the site of an old sawmill in the small hamlet of Ehwiesmühle, you can spend a quiet night away from the noise of the road. However, if the cows make the neighboring meadow unsafe again, you have to expect the sound of cowbells 😊. The property is located near the A7 between two woods at the back of a cul-de-sac.
When you cross the bridge in front of the former Ehwiesmühle inn, there is a wooden gate directly to the right. This gate is the entrance to the property.
There is a sign on the gate with the inscription "Schlichting" "Übernacht am rauschenden Bach". The address you get from "Hinterland" is not the address of the property. The property is a little further ahead.
The small stream flows through the property and offers a fresh cool-down whenever you want. It sometimes has more and sometimes less water, but it is always cold and refreshing.
You can set off in all directions from there and start beautiful walks, cycling or mountain bike tours. However, it is important that you have very little to no reception there. You should make everything available offline beforehand 😉 or follow the many signposts.
However, there is also something very liberating about being out and about without reception 😋
Because at night when the sun has set, you have an incomparable view of the starry sky, it's so beautifully dark back there ✨ You can safely leave your cell phone in your pocket.
You are welcome to use the fire pit for barbecues. It's best to bring your own charcoal. Firewood is available for an extra charge on request.
If you would like to do some shopping, you can do so in the village store in Wolfertschwenden or in various stores in Bad Grönenbach.
Free cancellation up to 1 day (12:00 p.m.) before arrival.

Playing by the water
The small stream that runs through the property offers a nice opportunity for playing in the water, especially on hot days. But be careful, the stream has a current and at the end of the property is still the old mill. Always supervise children. See photos.
