On the farm between meadow and forest

The Tannenhof is a small farm that we run as a sideline.

Mainly we have some fir fields for Christmas trees, where our Shropshire sheep graze and keep the weeds short.

Furthermore we have horses, rabbits and two cats on the property.

Appen is located about 20 km west of Hamburg right next to Pinneberg. Via the highway exit Pinneberg-Nord we are easily reachable within about 10 minutes.

Hamburg is very easy to reach from us. The bus stops in front of the property (30 meters), this takes about 15 minutes to Pinneberg, where the S-Bahn to Hamburg leaves.

Appen itself is a smaller village with a rural structure, many nurseries, an adventure farm, two restaurants and a bakery. Supermarkets are located in the neighboring towns of Moorrege, Heist and the district town of Pinneberg.

Our property is located outside the village in the direction of Moorrege.

The pitches are hardly visible with separate access in the northern part of the property, directly at one of our horse pastures adjacent to our small private forest. Some of our guests bring "only" a hammock. Many trees are about 4 meters apart.

We are happy to provide a fire basket if needed. Loose wood can be collected in the forest, or a large bucket of dry and cut wood can be purchased from us.

Electricity is optional for 2,-/night if you have your own cable drum.

Dogs are welcome, but due to the sheep, horses, etc. please leash.
