Welcome to our garden paradise!
We are Peter & Laura, ourselves enthusiastic campers, and are always happy about pitches in the green. Therefore we would like to offer others to stay overnight in our idyllic garden.
We live in a Tiny-House in a small village near Bamberg. From here you can make beautiful hikes through the Franconian Tuscany, enjoy the good Franconian beer in numerous breweries or make a trip to the world heritage city of Bamberg (bike: 30 min).
The pitch is located in our garden with many apple trees. In front of it you have enough space to set up table, chairs and co. Under the apple tree you will find a shady place.
IMPORTANT: You will sleep in our private garden, therefore an own toilet is mandatory. Only for self-sufficient and smaller mobiles, because there is little space to maneuver. To compensate for uneven ground, wedges are an advantage. However, small mobiles stand straight even without them.
We are looking forward to welcoming you soon in Meedensdorf!

Laura and Peter are wonderful hosts; they offer a very cozy spot in their garden and are happy to give tips for your stay. It’s the perfect place to relax and feel at home. You can reach Bamberg’s historic city center in half an hour by bike on well-maintained bike paths, so it’s also ideal for a city trip. We’d love to come back!
Just as described—a lovely little spot in the garden. I spent two peaceful nights here and visited Bamberg. In the evening, it’s a great place to relax under the apple tree and enjoy the sunset with a beer. Laura and Peter were friendly, and I received all the necessary information. If I’m ever in Bamberg again, I’d love to stay here!
I received a warm welcome at the campsite. Everything is just as described. It’s a great starting point for hikes or bike rides.
We really, really enjoyed our time in Laura’s cozy garden. It’s a charming spot with a wonderful atmosphere. The garden is lovingly maintained and a real gem for bird lovers. We were there at the end of March and were able to park on the gravel lot. The garden is located in a very quiet neighborhood; the street and bus stop are just a few steps away. Laura explained everything very clearly to us, and we felt welcome even though the hosts weren’t there. Thank you so much for the warm welcome! We cycled to Bamberg’s Old Town with our 88-year-old gentleman. The bike path is beautiful and well-maintained. It’s a lovely spot, and Laura is friendly and helpful—our expectations were far exceeded. We’re taking wonderful memories home with us and would love to come back!
Very nice, good communication 🙂 If you like 🍺, this is the right place for you, Memmelsdorf or the Knoblach brewery, for example, within walking distance or of course by bike 🙂
