Our camp is characterized by its quiet location and its amenities! Toilets, showers, a simple kitchen and a cozy terrace are available in our adjoining community house, which you are welcome to use!
For cooler evenings or bad weather, you can heat up the stove in our large "tack room", which can also be used as a common room.
On warm summer evenings, our campfire site invites you. We offer eggs, sausage, jam and honey from our own production.
The Eichsfeld region offers a unique nature that invites you to go hiking and cycling. A cycle path starts directly at the Campspace and hiking trails are also within easy reach! In the immediate vicinity (approx. 20 km) there are picturesque lakes and the unique half-timbered town of Duderstadt. The legendary Sonnenstein with its skywalk offers an unforgettable view of the Eichsfeld landscape.
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed as we have two cattledogs ourselves!

The hosts were very friendly and laid-back. The campsite is very nice, spacious, and surrounded by nature. It’s truly a place to relax and unwind. It has everything you need. We’d love to come back :)
The property does look like the pictures, but what you can’t see in the photos is that there are large power poles above the house and the property. There’s a huge solar power system on the neighboring field. When we arrived, no one was home—which isn’t a problem in itself—but we also couldn’t drive onto the lot because the gate to the adjacent property was open. There were two dogs roaming freely there. Since I have health issues related to the intensity of electrical fields and wasn’t aware of this, we were unable to stay at this lot. Our request for a refund was very rudely denied.

A very nice place to stay, in a great location, with extremely friendly and helpful hosts! Unfortunately, there was no hot water during our stay, but repairs were started right away. :) We’d love to come back!
