Hello, fellow camping enthusiasts!

We are passionate campers ourselves and know exactly what makes a stay unforgettable. Our spacious farm offers the perfect mix of nature, adventure for kids, and cozy retreats. The Danube-Härtsfeld Bike Path runs right past our property, as does a popular natural Kneipp facility on the Egau River—complete with our own access point for a quick refreshment!

🐾 The Farm Experience (Perfect for families!)

It’s never boring here. Look forward to:

- Animals you can touch: Tame quails and chickens (who love to be fed and petted) as well as our cuddly farm cat.

- Fun & games for kids: A ground-level trampoline, go-karts, a climbing frame, a swing, and a ping-pong table are available for all children. To ensure the vehicles and equipment stay in good working order and can be repaired, we’d appreciate a small, voluntary donation (piggy bank) on-site. No rentals—sharing makes friends!

- Cozy evenings: Two campfire sites with a new stainless steel swivel grill.

- Shade & retreat: Relax under the large cherry tree (tables & chairs provided) or use our 30-square-meter cabin in case of bad weather. There you’ll find stovetops, an oven, a microwave, and a fridge stocked with snacks, regional beer, and fresh eggs from our happy animals.

🪵 Amenities & Services

Fresh baked goods from our on-site bakery (bread roll service!) 🥐 and fresh eggs from our chickens and quails.

Bathroom facilities: New restroom with handwashing station (accessible 24/7). During the summer months, cool off with our solar-powered outdoor shower (no indoor shower available). A washing area with spring water of drinking quality is available.

Electricity & Water: Fresh water available. Electricity is available for €2 per night.

Dogs: Welcome! Since our chickens roam freely, dogs must be kept on a leash on the farm. A great walking path starts right behind the house. (Fee: €3 per dog per day).

New at our place: In addition to the campsites, we now offer a cozy vacation apartment for up to 5 people. Please send us a direct message for details!

🗺️ Surroundings & Excursions

Groceries: The Steidle farm shop with a 24/7 sales container is just 1 km away. Supermarkets are located about 2 km away.

Nearby highlights: Lake Silbersee (1 km), the famous Legoland (perfect for toddlers), the Steiff Museum in Giengen (approx. 20 km), or Ulm Minster with the world’s tallest church tower (approx. 60 km).

⏱️ Arrival & Departure / Booking Information

Check-in: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Late arrival is almost always possible by arrangement).

Check-out: by 12:00 PM (Optional late check-out until 6:00 PM available for a fee and subject to availability).

- Base price: Valid for up to 2 people.

- Additional costs (payable on site): Each additional person (ages 2 and up) and per dog: plus €3 per night.
