Private pitch on the dike, directly on the Jade Bay!

Welcome to our farm! We are still in the middle of renovations, so here and there you can still clearly see "construction site". But the view to the dike is free! :-) So don't expect a perfect vacation resort!

The conditions

Our farm is located directly on the B437. The parking space is at the back of the yard with a direct view of the dike. The pitch is right next to our terrace (we live with you on the site > shared use). Sanitary facilities, water and electricity connections are currently NOT available, so you can only stand completely self-sufficient with us. Emptying the chemical toilet is possible a few kilometers away.

Our rules:

- We live with you on the site. Mutual consideration is desired and a matter of course for us. - The terrace and the children's play area are shared.

- Don't leave any mess behind :)

- Alcohol excesses and partying until the morning are not allowed, night rest from 10 pm

- Access is guaranteed 24/7, but we ask for respect and consideration (moving a 1998 Fiat Ducato camper with a cavalier start at 0100 hours from the property is not included)

Dogs allowed, BUT:

- Only by prior arrangement

- Please only come with quiet animals. The site is surrounded by agricultural land, some of which is also home to cows! Of course there are also rabbits, ducks and co.

- the property is not yet completely fenced > leash! But you can reach some super nice walking paths in a few minutes

- Carry dog waste bags with you and dispose of the droppings on our property and the walking paths

- The children's play area, especially the sandpit, is off-limits to pets
