Roof tents on the stork nest

Not only the hens cavort at the campsite. Storks also love to build their nests there and that's why this platform looks like a stork's nest!

Branches and everything else you can find for nest building surround the platform and give you the feeling of sleeping in the middle of a cozy nest.

The campsite is located about 30km from Bremerhaven and 40km from Bremen.

On warm and hot days you can cool off and relax in the bathing bay.

Are you more into a little action and movement? Then go ahead and get on your bike! The area around the Weserhenne is ideal for bike tours.

Fun and games can be had on the playgrounds, playing beach volleyball or table tennis.

Of course, the hens in the Weser are also happy about a little splashing action!

The beach bar is also right around the corner. There you can enjoy a refreshing drink or two at sunset.
