Our Gielerhütte is a pointed roof hut, surrounded by many trees, a stream and even more nature. As a result, the hut offers a completely new experience of life in nature away from any luxury.
Nevertheless, there is plenty to experience in the immediate vicinity. Take time to hike, cycle and enjoy the Upper Palatinate Zoigl culture.
The Gielerhütte is part of the famous sculpture trail.
A beautiful circular hiking trail featuring works by a wide variety of artists that deal with the themes of "time", "destination" and "path".
The hut is also suitable for families. There is space to relax, run around and play. The animals on the neighboring farm also look forward to your visit.
The hut is also suitable for a party. There are no direct neighbors.
The hut is suitable for about 10 people, but more people can occupy the space with tents.
Costs €75 (€88 including booking fee for hinterland) for up to 5 people. Each additional person 15 €.

Hi there. We had a wonderful overnight stay. We had actually planned to go hiking, but it was so nice at the cabin that we spent almost all our time there. Everything you could need was provided, such as firewood (though of course we didn’t end up using it because of the heat). We’ll definitely be back—with more time. What we discovered on a short walk was absolutely beautiful.
I had a really great, relaxing weekend. Everything went perfectly. :)
Although it takes a long time to get a response from the owner,..... the location, the cabin, and the surroundings are all perfect for those seeking seclusion rather than luxury. We had a lovely, relaxing Mother's Day weekend. Thank you very much!

Super friendly hosts and a very quiet little cabin, right next to a stream and away from the hustle and bustle. If you’re looking for some peace and quiet and just want to have a good time, this is the perfect spot. The dogs loved it here too!
